Global Lending Solutions is awesome! After trying several lenders in 2015 to purchase a home while my existing home was on the market for sale. Joe Kerbel got it done. Fast forward to 2021 it is time to refinance for a lower interest rate and the benefits that go along with that. Let me take a minute to recommend my man Joe Kerbel ! Him and his staff really got me out a big problem with last minute loan I was going to the loan process with a big name bank ( the one I do my savings , checking and investment) and they left me hanging 10 days before closing .
