After researching no less than 20 business ventures on Franchise Gator, I narrowed my choices down to 3 which all were related to my background in finance. After speaking with the contacts for each of the three companies, it was Phil and Erica who won me over with their sincerity, being personable, and giving me realistic expectations. Their four day training alone, was worth the fee, as you’re educated in the business of commercial finance. There were topics that I already knew about, so when Phil went over them, I knew I was listening to someone who knew what they were talking about. The lenders you meet during training, offer a variety of products which will help you be successful in this business. Add to all of this, the website they design for you which is topnotch, the mentoring after training, the marketing tips that Erica gives on Day 4, and the fee is a great value for the dollar. The program was organized and laid out to provide the best opportunity for participants to be successful immediately. Some participants were getting assistance with putting together deals as the class was ongoing and we were meeting funding sources. The mentoring is incredible, as I had already been on a call with Phil the week before training began. Despite his schedule, he made the time to visit with me before the program began. I am confident in turning banker declinations into profits.

Erica and Phil are amazing at what they do. They have shown us a very clear path of how to build a very lucrative lifetime business within the commercial finance industry. The relationship they give you with the leading lenders are worth 1000x the investment let alone to ongoing mentorship you get after the training. This was an excellent training by Phil Dushey at Global Financial. It was very detailed and above and beyond what I expected. Phil is very passionate about the business and care about the trainees success. I was very pleased with the knowledge he shared about the industry, the way he explained things in depth and the lenders he partners with as well as the patience he demonstrated. Also, the mentor program is the icing on the cake...All in all this was the best training yet and I would recommend this training to someone interested in starting a business financing business.

Left a 1 star review even though i won't be taking the course. Had follow up questions and the lady tried to pitch rainbows rather than just focusing on my specific questions. I definately don't want to take a training where people can't focus on context. Anyone taking this course should make sure their questions all are answered before hand

I really enjoyed the training, it was a lot of information but well presented!! I am ready, I feel prepared because the training was well laid out , there was an agenda and we stayed on track. Phil and his staff are very professional and humble. .

This training is incredible! It doesn't matter who you are, if you like money and want to go somewhere in life you need to go! I was lucky enough to have Phil teach the class himself which I feel was the best person to teach the class because he knows this business better than anyone else! It is a lot of information for four days but you leave feeling empowered and ready to start working. They helped me be able to have my own site last minute and made me feel like I wasn't alone. They know what it takes to make it in this industry and wont leave you high and dry. They are here for you and will help you succeed!!!
