Global Credit Union E Montgomery Ave, Valley

Hey just wanted to let everyone know dont bother coming to this bank at 4:30pm and on because my husband and i came and they already locked their doors. Terrible to not keep to the hours.

Lending department is terrible. No communication. I wish I remembered her name. Rude. So unhelpful. Very disappointed.

Great starter for the average family here in the NW. You avoid all the bank fees and ridiculous interest that banks will surprise you with. They do do shared branching and that makes it easier to bank with them. I actually don't bank with them anymore,but I enjoyed my overall experience with them when I did. STCU is also a great credit union in the local area.

Global has helped me, and my children. They started with global lifesaver accounts and both now have car loans and credit cards with global. Global is OUR credit union!

Unhelpful. I've been into a branch 3 separate times, and all of them were poor experiences. First time, I went in for change, yet was informed, "we can only give change to members". Second time, I tagged along with a friend (who was a member) who had an ok experience, yet I was asked to step back and "give the member some room". Third time, I went in to have a wire transfer, yet I was denied; "we only do wire transfers for members." Considering how they treat both members and non-members, I won't be visiting Global CU if I can help it, even if they were the only open building in a lightning storm. I'm sure even then I would be informed, "Safety from lightning strikes is only for our members." Find another bank of possible. Numerica Credit Union, for instance, is an excellent alternative.

Poor customer service! I work at the store in the same parking lot. We were just trying to exchange cash for smaller tender. Both tellers stated I must have a credit union with shared branching in order to exchange cash. Both tellers kept pushing me to go somewhere else. Cash is cash!

I love it when you’re waiting in line in the drive-through five minutes before they close the drive-through window and then you pull up three minutes after 1 PM and they just don’t even respond or answer the phone freaking awesome!

This will be the 3rd time I have tried to make a deposit at this location. Everytime I have been arrived 3-10 minutes prior to 5. Everytime they have been closed before 5. I will promptly be switching finical institutions. Terrible customer service. Do not go here!

Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I could not ask for a better bank.
