I would recommend going with any other bank if possible. I went with them due to a low interest rate auto loan and I’ve been regretting it every single day. You get charged for using an external bank to make payments, as if I want to transfer my money to this bank to just pay a loan. Terrible process. Be aware you must go into bank as well to add your email to make a payment via the online portal due to “security concerns”…this makes absolutely no sense.

Just went through the drive up atm. I pull up and pressed the button to speak with an attendant so that I can fill out a deposit slip, and was greeted with a very unfriendly "yeah?" Wow. Great customer service skills. Not. How rude.

Mortgage process was a nightmare. Online application wasn't working, then called Anita Haas in Maumee to get started on a mortgage app. After weeks of not hearing back on an approval letter, she said she would check the next morning on it. To this day (months after) she has never contacted me again. Safe to say I took my money elsewhere to a lender who wants to help me and has good customer service.

The staff is always friendly and fast about getting whatever you need done. They have a good business feel yet feels like they invite you in like family.

They're described as a shared branch but they will refuse to help you if you're not a part of their branch. Terrible customer service.

Ashlee, at the Maumee branch, is always smiling and very friendly towards me and other members of my family. Even if I just pull up to the atm and pass by the drive through window on my way out she’ll wave and say hi. I’ve never had any issues with her, or any other employees there. She managed to get in touch with me because my aunt, who is also a customer there, left her walking cane at the Maumee branch. She tried my aunt but was unable to reach her. She reached out to me and all of it was taken care of!

Every time I visit this bank, I have a positive experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My special thanks to Carolyn Lopez who was extremely helpful, informative, and professional. The people are more than pleasant. They treat me like family and are always willing to go the extra mile to help. Love this bank. It's not just about money to them.

Very nice staff, however, basic requests that other banks provide are not provided here unless you are a member.

I always get the best and fastest service. I won't bank with anyone else.
