I’ve only been banking here for three years but am VERY happy with the this banking branch. Everyone at this branch have been very friendly and ALWAYS very helpful. I find that you always get the best service when you approach someone with a smile!

Used to be a good bank when it was a true community bank. Now they do the same annoying things that larger backs do. Switching to a credit union or bigger bank soon as I am tired of the little annoyances such as muffed loans, closing my children's savings accounts, and the general feeling of, "we are doing you a favor by being glacier bank." Time to move on.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Not stuffy either- many enjoy joking with customers. This attitude comes from the top as they allow their staff the latitude to enjoy their job and their customers. They also keep expanding their footprint.

Messed information a 4 of our accounts and go on to tell us that they can’t do anything about it. Employees are very snooty and rude and make you feel stupid. Going to a bank is suppose to be an enjoyable experience but not this one. Will be moving our money elsewhere.
