The lady at the window was smiling at everyone she helped before me. When it was my turn there was a frown. I took it personal I must admit. She saw the check in my hand (my dad passed. It was an insurance check) and immediately told me the machine was down. I will NEVER think about giving this place my business. Customer service sucks. She made me feel bad. #unfriendly

They change their information on their computer so that they receive part of their money, and they receive it on their account. They send their money to another bank in another state and they have accomplices that exchange their money and they receive half each participant, so they tell you that your check is in their offine and that is the way they they steal from the public. And they give them a cashier's check instead of receiving a check from the IRS, I know this because I spoke to an IRS agent and he told me what they do in a fraud to steal money. They did it to me, my friends and I recommend you not to file your taxes with that pair of thieves. We report them to the IRS and BBB. Ohala pay them for stealing money from the public and the pair of thieves deserve to be jailed. And they rot. Warning to your family and friends. Maybe they already peeled off that offina and will locate somewhere else, but I will find them and keep reporting them. I gave this business one star simply because I could not give it a zero. I arrived only to be told that they only cash checks for people who are already in their system. False advertising and poor service
