Unfortunately, 3 days before closing two investment-property purchases, the underwriter decided that I can not use the fund from my spouse's account event though her name was also on the titles (but not on the loans). We were all caught by a surprise because Gina's team informed the underwriter early on and prepared all documentations to support the fund source.
