I ❤️ GESA! They were there for me when I had no where to turn with a new house and a bad septic tank. I'll never forget how they loaned me the money to buy a new tank when I had no collateral and fairly poor credit. You've always been there me and you have my kid as a member now. You'll forever have my loyalty!

I usually do my banking online but stopped into the Moses Lake branch..the line was short and the teller was very helpful, when i asked about opening a new acct for a friend ..I was in and out under 5 mins..

Went in today to sign a piece of paper (let them know I was on my way ahead of time) after waiting 15 minutes in line and watching the front desk girls flirt with a customer, they wanted me to wait for one of those girls until she was finished. I told them no I needed to get back to work and left. I found it very disrespectful to have 2 females attending to one man and discussing nothing relevant... while customers were waiting in line to be helped. EDIT: one star to four stars The manager Joey personally called me and offered me condolences and listened to what happened this day up above when I came in. She reassured me that this is not how Gesa is to be ran. She was very sweet and professional and even offered to come to her desk directly to get my paperwork taken care of. Overall, the team is very friendly and helpful.

It is summertime and I wanted a new ride. I talked to Marisa at Gesa Credit Union and she explained my options to me. When I decided what option I wanted to go with she started the paperwork, and my loan was funded the same day! Thank you Marisa and Gesa Credit Union!

I love my bank! Seriously I've never had a problem with them they go above and beyond I have three different loans with them all of which were super simple to get and I can easily pay them through my online banking app. I left US bank and I'm so glad I did everyone is sooooo friendly!! The only thing I wish they would fix is that they would merge the xpress card control onto their regular online banking app rather than two separate apps but considering that would be my only complaint I'd say I'm very satisfied and would recommend gesa to everyone! Keep up the good work!

I like Gesa Credit Union. The people are always friendly, polite, and very helpful at all times. My spouse and I have been credit union supporters for a very long time. Would never go back to using a regular bank.

The drive-through was empty. The parking lot was kind of full. Chose the drive thru and the man was polite and fast and I was on my way! Just as it should be...

Drove through drive through. No problems.

Long wait to see a teller, un courteous staff… not great.

Frequently both the drive thru and lobby ATM’s don’t accept cash deposits.
