Gesa Credit Union Shaw Rd, Puyallup

I keep getting phones calls from them asking me to contact another person and have them call Gesa. This is extremely disturbing. No idea how they got my phone number. I do not have any accounts with them. I assume it's a collections call but is it really OK to search for friends or family of an account holder and contact those people? If I was having any financial difficulties I would not expect my friends or family to be contacted about it. I have blocked them but I still find it very upsetting. There are a lot of people going through rough times right now. They don't need financial institutions contacting people you know so everyone knows your business. Shouldn't they be spending their money locating the actual person? Very sad. If it is legal is certainly not ethical.

After having my car broken into and my debit card stolen, Marco was very helpful in getting my account closed and new ones open. It was a very frustrating time for me, and Marco did everything he could to make it easier. I always appreciate the kind and friendly staff when I go into this small branch.

This has got to be one of the worst credit unions ever!! I lost my debit card and have tried numerous times to get a hold of someone with the numbers on the back of my card!!

Tala was exceptionally helpful with our banking needs. She explained everything to us and the loan process was smooth. We appreciated her great customer service and knowledge.

I paid my first car loan payment today and was able to do so via a ATM and it was the most amazing experience ever. Technology is amazing and the representative was amazing who assisted me in getting my payment paid. I thank God GESA approved me for a vehicle loan. If you can get a loan through them, I suggest you accept.

I went to use this location’s ATM machine, as I frequently do after I get off work, and it ate my money! $160 cash. A receipt printed out telling me to contact my financial institution because they couldn’t return my cash. The next day I went to my local BECU, spoke with a representative, and she filed a claim. Unfortunately, Inspirus was closed for the next 3 days (holiday weekend). However, when they opened again on Tuesday, I went first thing in the morning to speak with a representative. He was understanding and nice, but the company is clearly not proactive. It has been approximately 10 days and nothing. No phone calls from the bank, even after visiting twice in person to check the status of the return. On Friday, 3 days ago, the same representative told me my money likely got stuck in the ATM and the people who fix the machines would be there later that day- then he promised me he would call to give me an update. Nothing. I am losing hope to ever see my money which is quite unfortunate considering the only mistake I made was using their ATM machine. Update: I got my money back today in full. Gentleman working was very kind and helpful. Mistakes happen, I am pleased overall that we resolved the issue.
