I have been with Georgia’s Own for two years now, the customer service I have received over the phone and at the branch in Thomasville, GA have always been pleasant and helpful. I have a savings account as well as an auto loan and the only recommendation I have is I wish they had online payment options for loans, the only ways to pay are by mail, which is frustrating right now because of mail delays, over the phone, which incurs a processing fee each time, or in person which I don’t have the option of doing now due to moving. I hope this may be something that will be added and available in the near future!

Since when do “tellers” decide what to deposit into your accounts upon the cashing of a check??? This bank is screws... Updated extra screwup: A teller on Friday afternoon gave me $825.00 instead of $8.25 More idiocy from the worst bank I’ve ever seen.

I have had a vehicle loan with Doco for some time now, after recently getting a new car from Kia of Albany I had some mix ups with the insurance, but I went to Doco and I spoke with Mrs. Pete she was so helpful and sweet, she did every thing she could to help me and was very patient. thank you so much!
