Horrible horrible horrible. So due to an auto accident I had to purchase a new vehicle. Unfortunately these folks are my finance company. Well first I had gotten a letter they weren't accepting my application. Only to find out they did. No welcome letter call or anything to be told how to make payments. When I finally got a person was treated so non chanlantly. Was told dont take debit payments only to find out they do. The solution was to drive 2.5 hrs to a location. The center agents or whoever they are act as if you called their house. About to pay these folks off and ne done. Would not suggest to anyone EVER

In customer service, answering the phones is the face of good customer service for a company. Yet, they or the call center rarely answer their phones for I call weekly. On many occasions, I have waited 20 minutes nobody answered over the time past two years, yet two answered. I have Called in the non-busy, morning hours after 9:00 am and I do NOT here from anyone. I am currently on holding for the next available representative, as the recording puts it. She is annoying. I have been waiting for 15:15. 😡 🔥 DOCO needs to hire more people to answer calls or remove the call center to provide more individual attention to the customer like it once was. It is a waste of time to use a call center. If you want good customer service, your best bet is to go elsewhere. I am closing my account today.

I’ve never had an issue with service from this branch until I had an issue with my account. It’s been two weeks and my issue is not resolved, branch manager is difficult to reach but I will continue to call until my issue is resolved!

Slow. Motion. Tellers seem ok, but i don't see how having 1 lady handle everything else is logical. We all have things to do besides wait in this office all day. Fire the owners.

I am giving it 2 stars for giving them the "benefit of doubt" that they are working from home. I've been dealing with them since last month with an issue. I have spoken to 3 different people and the last 2 told me they would call me back and never did. You all have to have better service than this. Update....I don't know what going on with this organization. I moved it to one star. I have had an issue since June 2020 and still no resolution; just the run around.

They help me when I need it every time I need it.

I’ve been with this bank for years and never had to wait as long as I did I waited two hours the woman was rude wouldn’t help when I asked her a question. Wasted two hours of my day and you can’t talk to anyone directly on the phone

Slow, slow and slow 2 hours waiting in drive thru not enough tellers and over phone takes to long to directly speak to someone. Changing banks next week!!

This place is awful is never any staff in the office, the staff don't care about the costumers and calling is an adventure lol it almost feel like they don't care if you lose your property or not is almost impossible to pay for anything if feels like they want you to lose your stuff for not paying
