When I say, quick, fast, friendly, and convenient. I had to recently go and take a loan out on my vehicle (I had some things to do)- I went went to other places and they were lowballing. I went in with honesty & truthfulness and the universe delivered. Francis was EVERYTHING! I went back everyday for a couple days just to see her. The music is on point. Be nice when you go in. She is there to help if she can. If she can’t don’t count it against Her.

I spoke with Ms. Francis on the phone today what a breath of fresh air, she's such a beautiful spirit we talked as if we'd known each other for decades it's rare to meet someone with a personality as bright as my own. I wasn't really sure I wanted a loan I inquired online received several calls, voicemails, and text messages from other companies and I'd actually changed my mind until speaking with Ms. Francis it's amazing how a person's energy can change your whole mindset, she was so forth coming with information and personable. I've been in the Customer Service field for 27 years and trust me hers is outstanding as is Donna's who is warm and friendly every single person was greeted with a pleasant smile and an offer to help them. I've already referred them to others and look forward to meeting Ms. Francis in person soon. Thank you guys for just being you and I'll pray we get that Christmas snow 😊

Very friendly and kid friendly. They go all out of their way to make you feel comfortable while doing business with you. The lady that helped me stayed after closing to make sure that I received my check for my title.
