I was thinking I would like to refinance my home but I thought I would have to pay for closing costs, attorneys fee, appraisal costs etc. With low cash flow I didn't think I could afford to refinance. George called me and said that I should consider to refinance the home and I told him that I didn't have the cash to pay for it. He said no problem. He could roll all the cost into the loan. He was able to reduce my interest rate 3/4%, reduce my mortgage payment for about $140.00 a month. On top of that, I received over a thousand dollars from closing, will receive over 2 thousand dollars from my previous escrow account and skip one month mortgage payment. What a sweet deal. It took us 1 month between the processing and the closing. If you cannot get approved for a loan from Jorge at Silverton you will get it nowhere else because he will go deeper than you thought.
