I purchased a home through Genisys Mortgage back in September. This was a first time home buying experience for me. I knew it could be a grueling experience and anticipated that leading up to starting the process. Well I picked the right mortgage company to utilize for buying my home. There are so many things that make this company absolutely amazing. I will list a few that were the biggest for me. First off Bruce, what an awesome person. Bruce was an absolute wealth of knowledge. So interesting to listen to and extremely patient. Any questions I had he was always available to answer, and answer so you understand. Awesome awesome guy. Once Bruce handles all of the preliminary work to get the loan started he hands it to his team to continue. He even called me to tell me this process so that I understood how they move along the loan application. That’s rare. Katie was assigned to my loan to carry it through to completion. Katie had the most amazing personality and made me feel comfortable to the very end. Once again she was ALWAYS AVAILABLE! She has a infectious laugh that was always so comforting to hear in what can be a stressful situation. There are so many documents and verification paper work that you have to gather, especially owning a business. She made it so easy! I missed laughing with her when it was over.
