I LOVE this bank!!! Everyone is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They work hard to help my family and I make sound decisions and investments. They truly care about their customers. They always greet me with a smile and we always manage to laugh. They make banking fun and easy! Thank you Genysis!!!

Working with Nikki to open an account and get an auto loan has been like a dream! It has been such a smooth, anxiety free process; and I very vocally appreciate all the hard work they're doing there at their branch!

We opened an account for my 7 year old who was super excited to have his own bank account. Nikki helped us. She was patient, kind, and very engaging with both of us. She also went above and beyond helping count change! My son left feeling special and just as valued as a customer with a much larger account. Thank you.

I would like to say that for a few years I was not a Genisys Credit Union Fan, BUT there are two locations that have AMAZING Customer Service, the Genisys On W. Walton near Clintonville (the one I am currently reviewing) & the Genisys on Dixie near Sashabaw. I only Bank with Genisys for work. I was absolutely impressed with the Customer Service I received from Nick, he was professional, kind & was so helpful! I felt like he actually cared!! I was depositing a very large check in a new account, after I explained our situation to him (we are in the process of switching all accounts over to Genisys, we had a few with TCF ), I asked how long it would take the check to clear because I have Payroll coming out of that Account and he made sure to release enough funds so that it would cover Payroll for me! He also made sure all accounts were signed up for Email Receipts for me too. I never felt rushed or felt like a bother! He thanked me for our business & introduced himself! I actually look forward to going back to Genisys after the outstanding service I received yesterday!

So today I was buying a new truck I thought I've built a good relationship with genisys so when they came back with a interest rate I was like wow that seems kind of high...matter of fact a whole point high I dont know who's calling the shots but that left a bad taste in my mouth....

My husband and I Recently joined this Genisys branch and could not be happier! Each and every staff member is always so kind and helpful! Megan was especially helpful with the auto loan processes! So happy we choose this bank!

I've never had a loan before and I'm so happy I chose this location as my first step! Jessica is absolutely amazing and was able to get me everything I needed and put my mind at ease at the same time. Everyone else at this location is kind and welcoming and I'd recommend them to anyone

Genisys Credit Union is the best. Tellers are always gracious and very helpful. They have helped me with several loans over the years. During the crises we are now having and their lobby closed, they sent the teller out to my car, while I was at the drive thru, with the roll of quarters I had requested. This was so helpful.

Drive thru is the slowest ever. One car in front of me and it took over 15 minutes to make a deposit. Thats 15 minutes of my life I will never get back. Please do something about this girl working the drive thru window. Just ridiculous!

At every opportunity the staff at Genisys (Waterford) go out of their way to accommodate whatever needs I might have. I have been extremely pleased with every experience I have had with this credit union. HIGHLY recommended.
