Didn't get the names of the employees but the brother with the dreds, who's usual in the first window to the right, is about the most humble, professional and sincerest pawn shop employee I've encountered. They won’t even honor their own prices, while the manager is sitting right there, definitely Not so friendly place, only came here because the shop I usually go to on Broadway is closed Saturdays. 4Ct VS Diamonds, they offered $300, Which is just for the gold, They don’t pay for Diamonds!!!! I was so disappointed. They say they’re the best… Yeah, maybe a few years ago.

From the manager to the essential workers a first class run operation. Most of the sites I have visited have somewhat the same professional personal. Glad to know that I am important to them and that my items will be cared for with the best intentions.

Gem is always there when I need them. The customer services is excellent. Ebony is very helpful and sensitive to customer needs in a time of crisis.

Usually I have a great experience with this location but today Ebony W. gave us a hard time over something very simple times are hard no one wants to go through the hassle over something so simple as pawning a game I chose to give 2 stars THIS time because she knew she was wrong and gave us an extra couple of dollars. I wind up having to call the main location and they let me know I did not have to log into my kids accounts for a PAWN not sell I’m getting my item right back.
