don't believe all these perfect utopian reviews from local guides here because they are fake and get points from google .GBC is trash company engaging in online predatory lending to low income people on gov benefits .getting a loan from this company will put your bank account at risk .the only lanquage they understand is complaints from OCCC in Austin Texas .

I needed emergency funds and I reached out to GBC Finance Co. and received the help I needed very fast. The rep. Amy reached out to me and assisted me with the application process which she made quick and easy. Amy spoke with me over the phone, through email and even text message to keep in communication with me since I was at work. She explained the process thoroughly and made sure I had all the documents needed to get approved. The best part was I didn't have to go in person, I was able to do everything online. If you're needing quick and friendly assistance please ask for Amy because she will help with the relief you need!

Reported me 30 days past due on credit and kept telling me they would fix it because I was never 30 days past due. It’s been 60 days and still no resolution, still no response from the supervisor (Steve). Per Nancy “he’s a really busy man, all I can do is relay the message” basically implying my credit isn’t important and it’s not her concern that the supervisor hasn’t returned any of my calls. Nancy and Tiffany both advised he’s the only one that can fix the credit issue. This is horrible especially when I’m trying to utilize my credit to make purchases during the holidays. Being reported 30 days past due is not small. It has a significant impact!
