My husband and I recently worked with Michael Perez for our home mortgage. He was able to get us closed in 30 days. I really appreciated how well he explained all the details and was easy to reach. We had first tried another lender who had excessive requirements for us. Michael listened to us and found a solution to secure our mortgage.

The realtor Laurie Kerns sold my brother a rotten house just so she could get that money. I would not recommend her to anyone.

This is by far the worst mortgage servicing I've ever experienced. If I could give zero stars I would do so without hesitation. To top off the terrible quality of service for 2 years, I get a letter today that they have now added a fee for online payments "to better serve me." This company is a joke and I hope you never have to deal with them. I will be refinancing and getting away from them and never returning.

I definitely would not recommend this business to buying a home. they only care about meeting their quota, I was sold a home some years ago and it turned out the whole bottom of the house was rotten in the whole house. all the joists were also rotten along the whole bottom of the house. all the problems was covered up by new carpet and used levelers putty for a repatch job for the sale. I still have the 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and hallways to do, even the inspector passed it to make the sale, also I would not recommend to get any realtors that work for this business. i have some pictures of the damage of the house.

Shawn is trustworthy, very knowledgeable, &professional and made my process easy. I have no doubt, that I made the right choice. Shawn let me know the process and walk me through on things I did not comprehend. He was very nice & helpful. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone

I just want to say, Brooke Breaux went above & beyond to make our dreams come true. She was so very knowledgeable and attentive to every need or question we asked. She never left a question unanswered. She also was very fast in the buying process. As soon as i would turn the documents in, she would have them together sending them in for approval. She answered my crazy questions at 10 PM! & even on Sundays! I can not explain to you how great Brook was to us and how great of a job she did!! We will be forever thankful!!!
