From my first conservation, through the very last, Jack and his team interacted with such sincerity that I felt like we’d know them for decades vs. only days. The communication was so easy that I don’t recall ever not reaching them any moment I needed their advice or expertise. The initial mortgage application was so convenient and I received a call within 24 hours to discuss the variety of options available to us, along with the pros and cons of each. This industry can feel a bit slimy at times (based on former experiences elsewhere), but not here and not with this team! They were always up front, honest, and seemed to sincerely care that they HELPED us make this decision versus just getting us from A to Z in the most expedient way to make a sale.
