Jill Taylor and her team "ROCKS'. My husband and I just got through closing on a house today and it wouldn't have been possible if not for Jill and her team. They all worked very hard day and night for this to work for us. She is a remarkable woman,very intelligent and always thinking of ways to make magic happen. We used Jill Taylor when buying a home this year. Jill is most definitely one of the best in the mortgage loan industry. I couldn't have asked for a better experience working with her. She makes every client feel important no matter how large or small the mortgage amount. I highly recommend Jill to anyone looking to buy a home.

Wish I would have read the reviews before doing my application! The absolute worst experience I have gone though, from Start to End. Ran everyone credit stated that we were approved, went to making an offer and the whole process and waited until near closing to say that they could not do it. Could never get a straight answer from Jean, she stated that she called and never did and only sent a text that they could not do it, she could not even call to say they could not it. Never again!!!!

Jean helped me during the whole process. Gave great advice. Helped me to get the seller to pay closeing cost. Saved me 6000 dollars . I f I could give more than 5 stars I would. Held my hand and explained everything. Thank you Jean

Terrible experience and had to change mortgage providers 2 weeks before closing. I only dealt with 1 person at Gateway so perhaps the others are better. Won’t recommend them to anyone.

Gateway was awesome. As a first time home buyer I literally just submitted the documents they needed and they did the rest. Buying my home with gateway was easier then buying my first vehicle. No problems at all, the whole staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend anyone to Gateway mortgage.

Shane Bailey ( Loan Counseling Manager ) is a first class Representative/Manager for the Gateway team. He went the extra mile for me and my family in order to provide a superior level of customer service. I highly recommend him and his staff over at Gateway Mortgage Group.

If I could give this place 1 star I would. Do not go to this place unless you want them to run your whole family’s credit for no reason!! Jean is horrible she said we were approved for a loan after running our credit then for no reason changed her mind and said no that we were no longer approved. She waisted our time and made us send her all kind of documents for nothing. I have all the proof on my emails. Just stay away & BEWARE!!!!

Absolutely wonderful people! Jean and Jill do everything in their power to meet your needs while being honest and kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
