Set up for a simple two day bumper repair on a Monday. Upon arrival I was informed that it would take until Friday because of workers being out ( why wasn’t I call ahead of time?). Called Friday to pickup and was told it would be Tuesday (same reason). Again, why wasn’t I called. Picked up Tuesday. Work was very nicely done. I was offered $100 on first Tuesday for rental car to last 4 days. Offer increased to $200. I declined. Final price was discounted adequately.

John Hern my salesperson was overly helpful. They made special arrangements to enable my new car purchase and were extremely helpful. I will be back again when its time for a new car. Dealership was very professional and friendly helping me with my purchase. No high pressure tactics. Thank You

This is absolutely awful I promise you taking your car somewhere else is far more worth your time. I call every day to see about my car because they always say let me call you back and never do. Its beyond unprofessional. I told them I will get my car towed somewhere else because it would be easier and quicker for me. The lady said well my technician already had time into it and has a diagnostic already so I wouldn’t want you to do that. I should of trusted my instincts.

Ganley Lincoln has been absolutely wonderful. Jeff Stacey has helped get a great car and had it delivered to me because I had no means of transportation. When there was an issue they took care of it immediately even though it was purchased as is. They are wonderful! They have a customer for life!

Buying our new car from Ganley was a very easy and pleasant experience! There were no long delays like we've experienced in other places and our salesman and finance rep were both excellent.

Great service from Rich Janosik, he made the purchase of our new Lincoln very neat and quick. He was very knowledgeable about the product and was very patient in explaining the features. He was also helpful in getting a way to allow time to get my leased car purchased to be used as a “trade in” for purchase. The Ganley Lincoln team was very professional.

I took my car here for service had some work done. After the work was done I smelled a burning smell. Let me add Laura was the best she's really excellent if you take your car there make sure you deal with Laura but I had a bad experience with (Frank Kelly) he's very unprofessional swore at me on the phone has bad communication skills. So come to the dealership and I met with Doug the owner very excellent guy he worked with me. Just sad that since Frank Kelly is still there I'll never bring my car back there again I'll just take it to a different Lincoln dealership for services from here on out.

Age discrimination at its worst. We came here because we were interested in a Black Label Trim vehicle, and Lincoln only offers that option through certain dealers. So we drove an hour out of our way to find a dealer who had no interest in providing any level of acceptable service. At first, the agents didn’t even want to sell us a car. When we finally agreed on a price for a vehicle, we were treated to gross discrimination because we look young. At closing, we signed all the paperwork and handed over a personal check for the full value of the car. No financing. No trade-in. This was supposed to be a simple transaction of “I give you a bunch of money, you give me a new car.” Just as we’re about to drive off the lot, the Finance Manager shows up and says he can’t take a check and demands we wire the money. We had a week between agreeing on the sale, and picking up the vehicle. I would’ve been happy to accommodate their request if they had bother to call or email me even hours before we showed up. It wasn’t a problem until after everything was settled. The only rationale for this horrible customer service is that my wife and I don’t look old enough to afford a new car. At the end, it took me shouting in the the dealership to get the Manager to decide that my money was good and we could actually buy a car. There are a whole host of other failures during the sales process, but this was ridiculous. Not only are we turned off to anything from Ganley Motors, we likely will never consider a Lincoln again.

Very professional. No pressure. Knew product inside and out. Was very comfortable with my salesman Jon Hern. John is trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend John Hern and Ganley Lincoln of Middleburg Heights.

They picked up my car and left a loaner, definitely a plus. Excellent Butler program to spiff up the paint finish and great job cleaning the car. They also changed oil, checked tires and took care of maintenance needs, then did very thorough diagnostics to find codes to address. After they finished, they dropped my car off at home. Wonderful service experience, as always. They came to my office to pick up my vehicle, left me a loaner, and within a few hours returned my vehicle to me. Not one bit of inconvenience for me! Worked with John for our new 2021 Aviator. Couldn’t be more please. He is by far, the hardest working person I’ve met in sales. Not pushy at all and upfront about everything. He went as far as to bring the vehicle to us! We never set foot in the dealership. He personally delivered it to us and although they needed his assistance back at the dealership, he went through the vehicle to ensure my wife new how to operate all the technology. We will work with John in the future to get another aviator when our lease is up.

I was called the day before to confirm appointment details and price.I was told it would be $80 including tax. Everything was set up for them to send a driver to pick up my car and bring it to the dealership. Friday morning I received a message stating they would be there at 8:15. Then around 8:15 I received another notification stating that they would be there at 9:00. At 9:00 I called the dealer to figure out what was going on. At that point I was told they couldn’t find a driver and would have one at my location at 11:00. At 11:00 I noticed my appointment was again rescheduled to 12:45. At that point the dealership called and stated there would be someone there for sure. When the driver showed up he was the best part of the experience. He was very nice and apologetic. I called them to let them know I was going to be at home and they would have to bring my car to that location. When my car was finished they called for payment. The total was a different price than what was quoted the night before. It went from being $80 to $102. I was told they didn’t realize it was a hybrid. I do not understand how that was considering I set the appointment up on the app, that has my cars information. Because of this I was unable to keep my plans to go out of town as I didn’t get my car back until 6:00. I’m disappointed in the whole experience and will most likely not return to that dealership. That in itself is disappointing because the dealership is right around the corner from my house.

This is the place to go!! Mike P. Absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I got a great deal and a great car! I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. These people are really there to help, everyone was very friendly. They made sure everything on the car was perfect for me as soon as I got there, in and out! Thanks guys 😊

I mean this has to be the best buying experience I have ever had buying my new 2022 Lincoln Nautilus. I was greeted when I came, they worked with me over the phone, it was just fantastic. Go see Mike Damico, he was kind and very easy to work with. Ganley Lincoln in Middleburg has a customer for life, I really only want to work with them.

Took my car in for a minor repair on 3/11/22 and they nicked the vinyl on the door. Waited several more weeks for an appt to have this fixed. But the fix was worse than the damage. The vinyl repair was yellow and didn't match my off-white interior. Since then I have called and left a phone message for the Lincoln service manager and emailed him directly. I have filled out a Carfax customer survey of this experience and I have chatted with a live person on the Ganley website. NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE!! Going on 2 months here! Let's see if someone at Ganley reads this and responds.

Rich J., my sales person, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Although Ganley did not have a vehicle for me, Rich located one in Mansfield. He spent hours showing me the vehicle that he did have on sight and trying to make a dealer trade for me.
