I bought a Morgan Dollar from there today and they had about 30 of them, prices seemed off because there was A key date Morgan in case worth a small fortune and they had marked as 30 dollars, I told him it felt funny and started doing some basic coin Tests to see if it was real, guy working kinda got snotty about it, So I purchased it knowing it was fake and go straight home and weigh it and sure enough it weighed 22 grams meaning it was a fake Morgan, real ones weigh 26.6ish and lose a little with wear and tear but never that much ever, took it back and told him and he didn't care at all and actually locked door on me and said he was on his lunch break lol. Stay away, fake stuff and very poor attitude, very illegal.

I've been using this pawn shop for the past 5 or years. The owner and both his employees are knowledgeable and fair when giving you a offer on a item. Both the owner and his main 9 to 5 Monday thru friday employee are honest and straight to the point. Apparently some people confuse that with being rude or mean. If you bring something in that they can make money off of they dont want it. If you think you have something that is worth something and it doesn't turn out that way you can be mad at them for not buying it. Or expect them to be like "I'm sorry sir, it turns out it's not worth as much as you thought, better luck next. Please come again" you're are stupid. If you ever need a honest pawn shop this the one. If you are expecting the customer is always right type of place stay home.

First I called to ask if they would take my t.v. He was very nice on the phone, he never once asked if the stand was on the TV, he asked if the original remote was with the TV and if there were stands. Not if they were on there. So we go down to the pawn shop and he was nice at first, but then he made a smart comment to hold the TV since the stand wasnt screwed on. He said that he asked if the stands were on it on the phone, but as I mentioned earlier he didnt ask. "I asked your granddaughter if the stands were on it". I simply said nicely that the u never asked me that. U asked if the TV came with the stands and the original remote. I just dropped it even though I know what he asked. I looked down, and he said "if you want to get an attitude I could just not give you the money" I did not get an attitude I looked at the glass where jewelry is. Rudest person I've ever met, do not come here!!

I took a few items in, older man look a the name of name, said it cost 8.99 new, I viewed item it comes to find out that he didn't look at the brand or the steel he just pulled up the first item that match the name of the item when my item actually cost one scroll down a little bit farther down on eBay 52 and it was trying to compare it to an 8.99 knife, then looked at my second item and just said I'm not interested in it even though it has a retail value of $299 , so in short I am not recommending anyone to go in here to sell or Pawn anything because they don't even know how to research or pull up the correct items to see what their true value is

I went in to ask if they would pawn my 19" LCD TV for $20. He told me yes if it works. I brought it in and he checked it and it works fine. Then he tried to claim there is something wrong with it. There is nothing wrong with it and he wasted my time. I had to drive and hour away to a shop that won't waste my time with excuses. I will never return to this place again. This was the second time they did this to me. Why are they in business if they are not going to pawn?

Poor customer service skills. One of the employees, not the owner, got very rude with my friend, only because she attempted to negotiate on a price by explaining what the item sells for on-line and at retail stores. He apparently was having a bad day, as he explained to her in an attempt to defend his rude behavior. As someone in a client service profession, I am keenly aware that personal problems and poor attitudes need to be set aside when you are dealing with clients, or customers. There are very few, if any, excuses that can justify being aggressive or rude with an unassuming customer. Moreover, apologies do not make the behavior acceptable.

Been in there twice lately to Buy. Got good deals both times. And I did pawn a Generator there some time back once too.. But recently I was there a while, and saw some of the people coming in trying to pawn stuff not worth a lot and thinking they had "gold".. it was funny. People, Pawn shops loan on stuff with resale value.... Just because YOU think it's valuable doesn't mean the general public will, and that's who they have to sell it to if you don't come back! Don't hate on pawn dealers, because they don't want to get stuck with something they can't easily recoup their loan money on. It's a Business.. not your rich uncle! And I've seen this occur in several shops, not just this one. Now as to "rude"? The guy I dealt with named Mike.. is a hoot to talk to! I can see where a person who gets turned down for a loan thinks that's rude.. but it's just business.

Rudest man ever to work there. Older man with long hair. Walked in to him in a bad mood complaining about his boss and was acting as if he hated his job by being rude to costumers. Very unprofessional
