Sneaky practices, defaulted on our ISO agreement and never paid our commissions that were due on deals that were funded!! Would not recommend for my clients. ISO AND BROKERS BEWARE!
As part of our best practices, Fusion Capital terminates broker relationships who do not meet our ethical guidelines and practices. Mr. Jimenez was in such violation and was terminated as a broker, thereby forfeiting any future compensation with our organization. As a direct lender, we encourage business owners to work directly with lenders in order to avoid their credit being negatively impacted and to incur additional fees. This clearly was an attempt to smear Fusion Capital's reputation and is an outlier review as the rest of our reviews paint the true picture of who we are as a company
