    Went into get a cashier check/MO as usually & was questioned by a woman today that was very unusual from all the other times I have came in. I tried to call the branch to speak with a manager but no answer. I was questioned by the teller unprofessionally asking me where did the money come from that was in my account(not that it thousands of dollars) but I answered her from working & then asked why was I getting it out today it had just deposited the day before. I then ask why is there a problem. That is what you guys preach to pay individuals 2 days before pay day. I am 110% sure she was questioning me like it was fraud or something. I mean these questions were inappropriate & I don’t know if it because I am a black woman but this was disturbing to me. I have came to this location several times & have never been questioned like that. But this never happened to me all the times I have been here. When I am able to next week I will be pulling from my account here & closing it. My mom & grandmother have banked with you guys for over 30 years so I thought you all treated each other equal but I see that is not the case. Bad workers like this give the company a bad name. I am still upset about this & this happened to me 6 hours ago. Speaking from my experience. My teller was a Spanish lady with long dark black hair/plus size.

    The past two times I’ve been inside this location, the front desk staff seem somewhat unfriendly. Other than that they are very professional. The online banking experience and phone customer service is excellent however. Update: Our business applied for the PPP business loan on April 3rd, the day it was approved. We were literally among the first to apply and had many issues. After a couple of weeks I called to explain my situation to their customer service management. They put me in contact with a great business lender who got us approved and processed quickly just before the funds from the government ran out. They literally helped me in a big way to save my business from going under during uncertain times.

    The bankers at this location take "Frost" pretty literally - they are very cold and unwelcoming. We made the move to Frost based on their financial product offerings and also their commitment to customer service. This branch location needs to be retrained on their corporate values and service skills. Every representative we engaged with here was rude and disinterested in helping us. At the end of our visit, the banker just stood up and walked away without a word. Looking forward to finding a different location for our banking needs.

    "Frost Bank is one of the most inept, dishonorable banking institutions I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They had the nerve to knock down my near perfect credit rating (which has already recovered to "exceptional" rating), simply for MY deciding not to proceed with an equity loan after I sold one of our rental properties and no longer desired a loan. . All I got was a worthless phone call apology from Frost Banks for their blatant lies that my loan application was "turned down by them", when in reality it was I who rejected Frost . (I never proceeded with the loan application and provided no information for their review). Frost Bank was entirely disappointing in their handling of a simple loan application which I withdrew after deciding I was not in need of a loan. To hit a customers credit score for withdrawing a loan inquiry is unacceptable , rude, and just plain bad business.

    Always very helpful . Very knowledgeable employees. I love this place . No machines to talk to . You always talk to a real person . They offer very clean restrooms free coffee and cookies and knowledgeable representatives. What more can you want . They may be small but a very strong bank for the customer .

    Great for small business banking! Frost provided my small business with a substantial line of credit for working capital when others weren’t willing. Update : 12/18/2020 I had to stop in and replace my debit card today- I can’t express how great the experience here is every time. The employees are very friendly and treat you like an honored guest. As they prepared my card they invited me to sit in the “living room” which has a wonderful home like ambiance and deep comfortable seating. Better than the nicest Starbucks you’ve ever been in. I was almost disappointed they finished so quickly. Thank you for providing such a comfortable space. I’ll miss my Frost Bank branch when I move to Marble Falls Tx next month! Super nice lobby very contemporary and cozy. Nice folks to do business with!

    I’ve had excellent experiences here prior to today. The woman helping me was extremely rude, cold, and unwelcoming. Tried to say hello and was immediately undercut by her attitude and harsh tone. I expect better from a bank I’ve been with for over 7 years. If you don’t like your position there do something you actually like and be happy. Will not be returning.

    People there are frosty. I mean would it kill someone to have courtesy. We went to sign me onto our new account, after we signed paperwork they just left without saying anything. We had to make sure it was OK to go bc they forgot their manners. Beautiful building, both outside and in. Just a bit chilly inside.
