Their machine to make cards has been down for a week already. And I keep coming once a week just to pull money out to pay bills, this is so unprofessional. they promised me the next day the machines will be up but it's been a week already.

LOVE my frost bank, you can actually talk to a person :) when you need customer service, they have knowledgeable customer service, they do not monkey around and get things done on time, they are AWESOME, being banking with Frost Bank for 6 years and I will not change them for the biggies (crooks), NO WAY

Love Frost so much. I have been a customer for 20 years. Today, I took my 17 year old daughter to set up her first checking account. We showed up 10 minutes before closing time, and we received such great, kind customer service for her first experience banking! I love Frost because they exemplify customer service as it should be, but I’m doubly grateful that my daughter had such a good experience setting up her first checking account!

Superb service. I banked here for ten years, then left the country for three. When I needed assistance, Adam came through and assisted with my account even though I had not been in his branch or met him. A real service superstar. If you have the chance to deal with Adam, rest easy, you are in good hands.

This branch always tries to charge me a fee to make a cashier's check. I'm not sure why, considering I have had cashier's checks made over the years at several other locations across the city and even in the Houston area and have never been charged. I like Frost overall as a bank, they have always been good to me. This just seems to be a problem at this location.
