I needed the bank to authorize funds to be transferred form my account on multiple occasions. The first time they were reluctant, but helped me out. The next time they were obviously agitated and didn't want to help. I was told that they would no longer help me with the transactions. I opened my bank account at wells Fargo and they are more then happy to accommodate my needs. The customer service is severely lacking at friend bank Dothan. This is one of the many occasions where I was let down, and speaking about this bank anymore would be giving them more attention then they deserve.

We have been customers of Friend Bank since it was Slocomb National Bank. They have always been wonderful to work with. It's so nice to be treated like family instead of just another account number. The service is always great no matter if you are working with the tellers to the loan department.

Although I am not a customer at this bank, I have called them many times for my job. They are always very professional, and quick to get back with me.
