I recently went through the refi process with Mike and was relieved that a normally frustrating and daunting experience could actually be a pleasant one! Having done this once before w/o achieving a successful result, I was not looking forward to another dreadful scenario. Mike was able to explain the process to me in layman's terms and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole exercise.
