This branch is horrible. don't transfer money it will be lost or sent in a check weeks later.

All phone numbers for all locations are the same one. So all calls have to go through one area. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes just to try and get a payoff on my loan. This is ridiculous. You should be able to call a staffed branch that isn’t backed up. Also finally got through and said system was down for maintenance can’t get any payoffs.
