Heather did a phenomenal job explaining the process of the loan, which turned to a 45 minute conversation about everything (full disclosure I am using the loan for an overseas vacation). Heather and I discussed the need for vacation, the stresses of life, education, the current state of world affairs, and the need for the aforementioned vacation. The conversation could have easily gone another hour. I found Heather personality refreshing! I was just not another member to her. She made me feel like a friend, and someone who really cared about where I am in life, and where I am heading. Thank you Heather! Take a bow!

I was on my way into their branch today when I was attacked by a wild gaggle of Karen's who told me that I had to take my covid mask off when I'm inside, and if I wanted to wear it I would have to go in the drive through. Why would I wear my mask in the drive through? Karen's, bruh
