Freedom Bank of Southern Missouri US, Monett

I'm always taken care of when I visit this bank for everyloan I've needed and questions I've had they've always been answered. I especially want to give a huge shout out to Oscar Avila at the monett location for always helping me and greeting me makes me feel extra welcomed! For this reason I stay at my local bank!

I’ve been banking with Freedom Bank for the last 19 years when they first opened. They’re always willing to help anytime I need it. Their customer service is outstanding and all the employees are super friendly. They give you a small hometown feel with familiar and friendly faces. I’d recommend Freedom Bank to anyone wanting an amazing banking experience every time they visit.

We have been banking with the Monett staff for a very long time, especially with Terry, they all make you feel very welcome and are all a pleasure to be around. They know you by your first name and can help you with any banking you need. Keep up the good work!!

The team at CNB now FBSMO has always been very helpful and kind to me and my family; we've been banking with them ever since we moved here, 12 years ago. They do a great job with the ins and outs of all our quirks and needs [thanks!]. Recently my step-dad moved to town from a large city ... he opened up a bank account with FBSMO and told me he was so impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone was. He's not used to that kind of service in the big city ;)

I can hardly even begin to put into words how much I love Freedom Bank of Monett, and it’s people… but I will! :) They are like family to us (ironically one of them actually IS family!). I can tell you personally, and from word-of-mouth, TAKING CARE of their CUSTOMERS is their TOP PRIORITY, and it shows. It has since the day they opened their bank years ago. No matter the service, their goal is to provide the best customer service possible. Over and over and over again. Whatever the need of the customer, they set out to meet it, ALWAYS exceeding expectations. Although a lot of our banking is done remotely, with even a phone call you feel like you’re the only customer they have. You get their undivided attention. They ALWAYS make time for you, and even if it’s a simple task of a balance inquiry, they’ll give you what you need but still ask how you are doing and how your family is doing (and ask when you are going to come in and see them!) #SmallTownBenefits On the occasion we need to actually go IN the bank to do business, it’s like we’ve reunited with a group of long-lost FRIENDS! (We plan ahead of time to stay for a bit!). They CARE. They are PERSONABLE, FRIENDLY, and they are EFFICIENT. When they opened their doors many years ago as CNB, their slogan at the time was something like “Your Hometown Bank with Familiar Faces”. Not only familiar faces, but smiling ones… happy ones, and “please allow me to assist you” ones. I know personally that conversions can be tough, but these guys worked diligently and persistently to get through it, all the while PUTTING THEIR CUSTOMERS FIRST…as they’ve always done. It’s their legacy. When Freedom acquired CNB, no doubt they got the cream of the crop. I’m thankful for our little town, and for our little bank who fits it perfectly! I can’t even imagine banking elsewhere …and won’t. :)

In the 25+ years I’ve been a homeowner I’ve never had as smooth and thorough a mortgage transaction as the one through Kellie at Freedom Bank. It’s the caring and knowledgeable employees that make all of the difference for me when choosing a bank. Never before have we had more lending options and I will continue to choose Kellie and Freedom Bank because of her prompt responses and attention to detail. Thank you, Kellie. You have exceeded my expectations at every step of the process.
