Ruben is the best, absolutely went above and beyond to get my boyfriend into a car and he has horrible credit. No one else there even comes close to the work he puts in to get you into a car you can afford and on the terms you want. If you can't get a car anywhere else, go to Ruben, he will take care of you. They also offer a great warranty, so its a win win in my book.

I just bought the nicest car I've ever gotten financed on my own from Lewis Giles. He promised me I wouldn't be riding the bus anymore, and he kept his promise. I didn't believe him, because my credit's not so good & I had very little money down. But he made it work for me & I drove my car home that day! I highly recommend asking for him if you need a car!

Went to this dealership as a young woman with very little knowledge about buying cars. Sam was our guy! He helped us with getting my new car with ease & promised that he would get the job done, and he did! Very educated & helpful. Educated us on the whole car buying process with a lot of patience. He definitely has our future business! 110% recommend!

Lewis is the best salesman I have dealt with. We where down there until closing time and couldn't get the truck I wanted due too financing companies saying the truck I wanted was a commercial vehicle which was not accurate because I am truck driver. But he got me a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali left me take it home for the night since it was so late for my test drive which the check engine light came on and now it is in the shop getting fixed up before I sign the paperwork. So when I get back from Oklahoma City I will get my truck with duel climate control and sunroof and the works.

Customer service was amazing, but they sold us a lemon car. After 2 months of having it I am already having Transmission issues. Which they won't help because They did not put a warranty on my Jeep Like I request. When I called for the Service to help me, they said since I do not have warranty so I'll have to pay out of pocket. They stated no matter what I will have to pay out of pocket. I put $2,300 down on this and now have no money to fix a car that should have not been like this. Also Before we bought the Jeep they allowed us to drive off with it, I had to put 40 dollars of my own in it. They stated they will reimburse us. Also once they said they will inspect the Jeep they gave us a rental. We had to put $10 in that as well. We gave our receipt and was told we would get a reimbursement for it. It's been 2 months since then, and still haven't gotten the money back. I have called in regards to this 6 times each time I am being told they will look into it. It is complete bs that it take over 2 months to give me $50 back.

Usually I would never feel compelled to write a review for a used car company, since the usual experience is less than awesome to say the least. But in this case, Frederick's is the exception! Kirk Newcomer was my Sales Rep @ Fredericks and he even arranged to pick me up and took me to retrieve my plates off my busted vehicle. My truck broke down and was beyond repair, so I had no way to even get out to shop for a new car, but Kirk really helped me out of a tough situation. I also had very little $ to put down, but they made the buying process painless and quite simple. 90% of the details were hammered out over the phone and internet, so when I finally arrived at Frederick's, Kirk literally had me out the door and on the road in a very nice newer model vehicle WITH a 4 year warranty, and the entire process took less than 15 minutes! Truly unprecedented car buying experience!

Troy and Fran made my husband dream come true to get a newer pick up truck. Car max doesn’t hold a candle t.o these guys and made our experience getting a used truck easy. 2 years ago Troy also helped our grandson get his first car. Would highly recommend this dealership, thank you.

Sarge is the most disrespectful sales associate I have ever worked with. He not only yelled at my husband and me over the phone, he made false promises about getting a car to the location for us, told us it would be transferred same day, we later were told we couldn't see the car until we had approved credit for it... no dealership does this (even though we applied for the loan) I am sickened by the way I was treated by this employee. Their manager for the most part was a good guy which earns them their ONE STAR. If you come in contact with Sarge Run... HOWEVER I am updating my review to talk about Matt and Sam, they are amazing. They totally redeemed this business. They helped us get into the vehicle we has been so excited about getting, they were super kind, fun and easy going guys who made the car buying process really easy.

This place is great. Lewis Giles is an awesome salesperson, very fun to work with. Went in looking for a Jeep, got me in the perfect one. Picked it up yesterday. He actually called me today already making sure I’m satisfied. I got a great deal and I’m in love with my new toy. Could not be happier. Awesome experience! Lewis Giles Sr. is a phenomenal salesman. My husband and I faced a few obstacles in the process of purchasing our car due to relocation to Pennsylvania, but Lewis ensured delay didn't mean defeat and told us when we got the necessary credentials to come back. His professionalism and kindness is what made my husband and I want to dip business with him. Needless to say we are VERY HAPPY customers and will be back soon!!!

I had an amazing experience here! I worked with Troy, he's awesome!! He was honest with me from the beginning and told me it may be hard for me to get approved (My credit score was 590 and I made $10 and hour at that time, so I was far from rich!) However he tried really hard and got me approved! I walked off the lot with no money down in a 2015 vehicle! My monthly payments are reasonable for how bad my credit was and my down payment was nowhere near outrageous! For my 50 mile checkup a few months later I actually took it to the Toyota dealership and they confirmed my car was in excellent shape and condition, so I can say Lancaster Preowned gained my complete trust and I highly recommend them to anyone and will be going back to them for my future service needs! I haven't had any issues with my car and after years of horrible experiences with other local car places, Lancaster Preowned was able to put my worries to rest and gain my trust. I feel like a valued customer and they were able to change my negative outlook on Lancaster auto shops. It was life changing for the better thanks guys!

I bought a car here a few years ago and I still love it but my motivation for this review is almost entirely for the repair shop in the back. They are amazing... Here is the beat part I actually trust them. I'm not savvy when it comes to cars so in the years since I've owned my car I've had a lot of stupid questions about what lights on my dashboard smeant, like low tire pressure. They always made time to inspect it and even refilled the tires for free. Love these guys and Barb (receptionist) is really nice!

Kirk is an awesome salesman and helped me out from start to finish. I couldn't of asked for a better person to work with. He knew what I needed and took care of everything. I would recommend him every time. If you are looking for a car call and ask for Kirk.

I went online to find a dealership that could handle my needs, I was directed to Frederick Preowned of Lancaster. I was contacted by Matt Kessler, he took the time by email and text to find out my situation and what I wanted. I got preapproved and he told me what my options were. I got the minivan I wanted with room for 7 passengers in the price range I was comfortable spending. We went in today to do the paperwork and 2 1/2 hours later we were out the door in my new car. Best dealership experience I have ever had.
