As a first time homebuyer, the process was very overwhelming. Darren was very upfront and knowledgeable about any and all possibilities to cater to our rather limited financial options. I appreciated that he would overestimate just in case we decided to waive a process along the way so that no matter what we would actually be under the estimate. Which was a great relief for us when it came to budgeting. He and his team were in constant communication. Mike’s team did a great job handling every step of the mortgage process from application to close. They were all very communicative with both myself and my agent.
