    I had a great experience at Fred Beans KIA in Langhorne. I had been to 4 dealerships prior. The 2 men I dealt with Ashish Gupta and Dipen were so nice, customer service driven and very respectful. It was just a very pleasant experience at Fred Beans. I highly recommend!! They were straight forward didn't try to give me the run around with prices. I got a great deal on my new car! 2023 Kia Sportage and I love it!!! I tell anyone looking for a new Kia to go there and ask for them! Thanks again!

    The salesman was nice and I felt bad for him but we couldn't go any higher in price so they let us walk out the door over $300. The car even had a busted grill. We'll find one somewhere. It just seems weird they sell 100s of cars and couldn't help us out on this one, kbb trade in value was $7000 to $8000 and they were well above that.!! Good luck manager

    They sold my friend a car without the title and when the temp tag was 2 months expired she had to call weekly then daily since April. She was so excited about the car and I’ve seen the calls and even took her to the dealership to resolve this issue and it was the same ol same ol”leave your number and someone will get back” . Just out right wrong. I hope she gets the help she deserves

    We had the most amazing experience with Fred beans kia this past week, our telluride broke down heading to vacation and we had our car towed here, not knowing anything about this dealership. The service manager Chad Blatt was a tremendous help, he went above and beyond for us and we were very pleased! Defiantly check this Kia out they are awesome!!!!

    They sell cars without the title so that you can't register it. They can't give you a new temp tag 2 months after it expires nor will they call you back after they sell you a car to resolve problems.

    The facility was new. The staff was pleasant and cureous. Our representative Joseph provided excellent service and really listened to us. There was never any pressure tactics and he took his time and showed us great cars within our budget. He made our car buying experience a great one

    I paid for a maintenance plan from Kia when I purchased my new 2022 Kia Telluride. Went to get my first oil change at this location which should cost zero according to the Kia contract I have. This location wanted to charge me additional fees for the maintenance. Called several other Kia locations nearby, all of them cover this maintenance which is supposed to be nation wide. The service guy was a jerk, gave a long story about how they don't get paid. I wasted my time, money and now have had to rearrange an oil change at another location. I wouldn't do business with Fred Beans, in my opinion they do bad business.

    My Optima SX died while driving. Had it towed to Fred Beans on 9/23, the guy that was there told me they would get it in to look at next week. That was the week of 9/25. Waited patiently until that Friday 9/29 when I received an email stating I had appointment the following FRIDAY 10/8. So my car sat there for 2 weeks, never received a call about anything. I did get text on Mon. 10/11 that said my car needed some service and I approved online. It is now 10/14 and I emailed service advisor and she replied that I needed a new engine, which wasn’t ever mentioned. Called this morning to speak to her since I never received any phone calls with my car there for almost 3 weeks now, got hung up on. GREAT SERVICE!!! What a huge mistake trusting this dealer…..highly disappointed

    The AUDACITY to charge 1400 to my boyfriend's vehicle and to not even fix the the main problem, and then charging him EVEN more when you actually fix the problem. Do NOT come here. Total scam.

    To expand on what others have said here, Monty is a great salesman. No pressure, honest and cares about his customers. I bought a 2022 KIA Stinger from here yesterday, and it was a great experience. Monty was very thorough in going over the vehicle's many features, and we arrived at a good price. The rest of the staff was very courteous and friendly as well. These guys have more Stingers than other dealerships, so if that is the model that you're looking for, as it was in my case, give these guys a look. Obviously they have the other models as well. KIA is upping their game, and these guys make it easier to get one.

    I regretfully decided to purchase my lease from this dealer. When I leased my car originally, I had the worst experience but wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Knowing that Kia is always in favor of customer service I thought I was making the right call, but I was so wrong. It’s been a full week since they cashed my check and they cannot locate where the funds went. All we know is the money didn’t get sent to Kia Motor Finance and they are STILL charging me monthly for a car I paid off a week ago. Chaos aside, the attitude of the finance department is absolutely unacceptable and inappropriate. I’m hoping I have better luck working with the titling department before I need to report them to Kia dealer principal. Learn from my mistake and don’t come here!

    Car shopping is very stressful and Kia was never on my radar until a family member recommended them after a very pleasant experience. My car salesman was Rob K. First, Fred Beans Kia is very clean inside and most importantly, it doesn't feel "sales-y" with sales people hanging around the front door chitchatting and laughing it up with each other as they wait like vultures for the first customer to come in and pounce on. Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel at ease as I asked about car options and prices, and ultimately a test drive. At no point did I feel under pressure to make a decision- it is almost like everyone at F.B. Kia understands the stress involved with a large car purchase/lease, so they do everything to NOT make you feel pressured, it was a great feeling! I decided on the 2021 K5 GT-Line in Sapphire Blue and I LOVE my new car! I highly recommend Fred Beans Kia and Rob K is a real cool and calm guy- he'll make your experience very stress-free and pleasant.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Literally THE worst car buying experience we have ever had. Purchased a car in April (4 months ago) and still don't have a registration. Can't get anyone to give us a straight answer or to even call us back for that matter. Every time we do get someone on the phone it's always a different story as to what the issue is. They claim to be missing paperwork (which we ALL turned in the day we purchased the car) but nobody can be bothered to contact us so we can get them what's supposedly missing. This will be the first and last car we ever buy from here, we will be getting our vehicles services elsewhere and I will try to dissuade anyone who ever asks me from going to this place

    I don’t usually leave reviews but feel that I should about my exceptional service experience. I had an on going issue with my steering column that was finally diagnosed just after warranty expired. It was an expensive repair and thanks to the GM Tony and service manager Mark, they covered the repair at no cost to me! Lauren in the service department was very friendly and kept me up to date on the repair progress. The entire process was handled professionally, quickly and efficiently by all involved. It is nice to know that there is a car dealership with employees that truly care about their customers!! I will remains customer there and will recommend Fred Beans Kia to anyone!

    Have been buying cars for 50 years. This was the worst experience ever. Tried to under value trade til I checked and threatened to cancel. Unresponsive to phone calls regarding other issues. While on hold i hear they will give 25% over bluebook for trade. Had to laugh at that one. Never again at Fred Beans.

    I want to know which dealer KBB service you guys are using that shows a $3500 difference between the one you print + the one you pull up with the customer. Also, let me know how you are pricing a car at excellent condition with paint chip + interior stains + bald tires. Also, please find me in writing that states a customer is obligated to buy your "care plan" along with any of the cars purchased. Thank you.

    From my first online inquiry to driving off the lot today, Osh and Dipen made my experience absolutely wonderful. During idle talk during paperwork, I had thanked Osh for his amazing customer service and ease of the sale. I went on to tell him how earlier in the day I had a horrifying experience at another dealership. The level of courtesy and willingness to make sure we were completely covered before leaving, not for profit, but because of actual human decency. Truly a breath of fresh air in my two decade history of dealership interactions. Recommend not only the dealership, but my salesman Osh. Customer for life!

    I received a roadside assistance card with the wrong name. Steve in sales said he would "try" to fix it, not fix it. This is what they do. Sell you a car and then they are done with you. Don't go to Fred Beans Kia.

    I have leased a kia sportrage from Kia in Langhorne and Chelsea Chen and Deapen in finance have been more than helpful . I would definitely recommend Fred Bean for future purchases and leases to family and friends.I am in the service department now having inspection and they are more than accommodating.     One of the worst customer experiences ever. I purchased this vehicle ( 2016 Honda CR-Z ) on August 23rd. Dealer stated the car would be ready by August 30th. There were imperfections in the paint all over the car. When I got there the car was in worse condition than before and I had to return a week later to pick up my car. Even after a week later of paying for this car, it still was not ready. I ended up driving to PA, mind you I live 2 hours and 30 minutes away, closing my business early to pick up my car that I paid for still with imperfections in the paint in multiple areas. Never will I go back to this dealership or recommend after that horrible experience. One of the salesman made a smart remark saying “ your cars not ready “ This is not the time for jokes. I will post more paint issues soon.

    Without question, the worst dealer experience I've ever had. By far. The manager repeatedly lied to my face. When they wouldn't honor their advertised price online, he threw countless whoppers my way. Apparently, I was the first person ever to come into the dealership quoting their online advertised price. Go figure! My wife then asked "Then why do you keep paying for advertising if it's not working?" LOL They then claimed the online price included a $4000 down payment, when it clearly said $0 down payment. I noted it was inexcusable for a random customer to know more about their advertisements than the manager! When it was clear they wouldn't honor their advertised price for one car, I said fine, then I want a different car from your advertisement. Since their entire online dealer specials are scams, that's when the manager said "Well I don't want to sell you a car any more." If my wife wasn't there to witness this, nobody would believe how awful this experience was. Truly terrible. BUYERS BEWARE!!! And for the record, I'm only highlighting a handful of lies we were told; there were many more!

    Update: They are refusing to process or provide my permanent registration now, I believe due to me voicing my concerns here or the car may not even qualify for registration. My 90 day temporary registration has expired few days ago and these guys haven't even filed for permanent registration despite the payment and agreement for it. I have been trying to figure it out but no help at all and extremely rude response on the phone calls. They on purpose made the car useless for me. Complete waste of money and time. Will never even go nearby... I ended up buying the car from here but their finance guy ripped me off (perhaps scammed is the better way to put it). I negotiated a price, which was agreed by the sales guy but the price jumped up by that time I reached the finance guy. He gave me a reason that didn't make any sense. On top of it he told me my APR was at 4.5% (I have excellent score and the same bank offered me less than half of the APR when I contacted). The finance guy told me that for me to get a better APR I need to buy additional packages including extended warranty- which was utter useless (as I paid out of pocket for a repair within 40 days of purchase). I guess I made the biggest mistake not stepping away, still buying it. With all the ripoff the price of a used car ended up being more than a new one. Most unpleasant experience ever and an unforgettable mistake even going there. There is no customer service at all - almost everyone I speak with or deal with are beyond rude! Now I am going in circles with people at this dealership and the extended warranty company for cancellation (the dealer says they submitted paperwork and the warranty says they never received any). Furthermore, I never received any contract for this extended warranty from the dealer despite multiple requests so I am kind of flying blind.

    I contacted for KIA carnival quote but sales represent is answering diplomatically. Don't expect vehicle with MSRP price. Visit this if you are seriously ready for more than MSRP + Mandate Fred Beans Kia Fair package (Totally un-necessary and not worthy). It's purely my experience. Best of luck.
