Thank you Franklin Loan Center! I thought the refinance process was going to take longer BUT you guys were very fast and efficient. We really like the the link where we could see all the process of the loan. Randy was very patient and helpful. We couldn’t be happier with his service and most importantly cutting the years on the previous loan and with a better rate.

I had the pleasure to meet and have Randy Corti as my loan officer. Randy and the staff from Franklin Loan Center were always willing to help and answer any questions, even after business hours. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.

I highly recommend Brad Mullen and Franklin Mortgage Company. I used Brad to purchase my home in La Quinta, CA using my VA benefits and again to refinance to a lower rate a year later. Brad was so wonderful to work with. He and his team always made sure to keep me abreast of what was happening with my loan. When you first start with Franklin they have this like time table that tells you what step your loan is in at all times. I really liked that. Most of all working with Brad felt like working with a longtime friend, I knew he always had my best interests at heart.

Mr. Sean Kent La Rue’s professional knowledge and years of experiences helped us understand the process of getting approved for a home loan by stating all the facts. He made the process an enjoyable, life altering, dream come true experience, what we imagined purchasing a home should be. He got us approved in less than two months. We started the process in February, then the virus happened. Our loan adviser Randy took the bull by the horns. Although there were evident changes to the loan process due to the virus Randy stood by us every step of the way.. although at times it was new and difficult, he navigated through the changes . I would highly recommend Franklin loan services. I have already referred a coworker to him.

We were very disappointed and dissatisfied with our Franklin Loan Center experience. Starting with the fact that we were not told that the closing would be pushed, then it took much longer than expected (original closing date was 9/16 and was pushed 11 days to 9/27). For this 11 day delay we had to pay for flight changes and air bnb, meal etc. costs since we’re from out of town and live on the east coast. Then, Franklin couldn’t get us an underwriter for a day and on top of this Fannie Mae had a day long technical issue (and Franklin tried to push this off on them and take zero responsibility for the additional delay). Finally, Sean Teague said he would drive our docs to escrow in Riverside CA, and then said he would courier them when he actually Fed Ex’ed them. Sean Teague was ok in trying to get us concessions, which we appreciated, but VP Mark Renner was extremely unprofessional when we called him, he yelled at us and even refused to pay the seller’s $600.00 per diem ($200/day) late fee when this actually occurred because Franklin delayed the process (by 11 days altogether). And on top of this, this all occurred during our 5 year wedding anniversary which Franklin could have cared less about. Overall a very negative experience and we will be telling any friends or family moving to the Coachella valley to stay as far away from Franklin Loan Center as possible.

Randy Corti was truly a pleasure to work with for our home refinance. He explained all of the different options available and clearly explained all of the fees and closing costs. Randy was very responsive and followed through whether it was through email, phone or text. Furthermore he was flexible with our schedules as well and very accommodating. Thank you so much!

Randy was amazing to work with! Randy stepped in and took over during a purchase where my previous financing fell thru. He had a very short window of time to make it happen or I would lose the house!. He was quick, articulate and very easy to communicate with ! He was able to secure the financing and close quickly. Had a long Escrow starting with two other companies when I should have started with Franklin Loan Center and specifically Randy. I was purchasing a condo in Palm Springs and the other two companies couldn't pull through because of some complications with the HOA. As soon as Randy picked up the loan he got it approved there was no back and forth. Randy and his team got it done, where the other loan companies couldn't. Simply the best!!

This place is horrible make you jump through so many hoops and horrible communication. My rep was Marcelle who was terrible and unresponsive. Had everything perfect and they didn't even call back . Wouldn't get a loan here if my life depended on it . Rocket mortgage did a quick professional job and had better rates all around .

Bradley Mullen is a true professional and went above and beyond to help secure financing for my home. I was referred to the Franklin Loan Center by a local realtor. Bradley took me through the approval letter, and helped me understand the estimated payments based on what was affordable. I saw a true professional step up when we had a very poor appraisal. Brad walked me through the process to appeal the VA appraisal and we entered into the Tidewater Period. Unfortunately the appraiser refused to make adjustments when more suitable comps and information was provided. Bradley kept the deal moving forward with the next step and we initiated a Reconsideration of Value. He provided detailed steps and information on the process and kept me informed in timelines and expectations. He was so successful with the Reconsideration of Value we were able to add nearly 20% to what the appraiser quoted as her determined value. I really don't think I could have secured this home because of the poor appraisal if it weren't for the work, expertise and experience that Bradley brought to the situation. He is a true professional and I would without hesitation recommend Bradley Mullen to anyone looking to secure or finance a home loan. Bradley was the most professional and the best part of the entire home buying process.
