Love the family atmosphere of this hospital. So much better than the big hospitals in the area that just shuffle you through as fast as they can and you truly just feel like a dollar sign to them. Will always choose Franklin County Medical over any hospital in my area. The facility is so clean and the staff kind and attentive. This will always be my first choice in hospitals.

The worst hospital I have ever dealt with! I do not recommend! The billing department is a complete nightmare. They are way over charged for everything and bill you 8 months or more down the road. I will be driving my family to Logan or Soda before going here ever again.

Received excellent care while a patient there. The doctor, nurses, cna's, x-ray and respiratory were very professional. Having been a co-worker with these people is not the same as a patient and receiving care from them. They treated me with respect and listened to my needs. Great job!

Horrible experience with there receptionist and billing. My son had therapy done there and we had a prior off from the insurance. After we were done we were told by the receptionist that they would resubmit our bill to the insurance. Afterwards told us we only owed a few hundred dollars so we paid it. A year later with no phone calls or letters we get a collections notice that we were in collections with them. They never resubmitted it to the insurance and now that its been over a year the insurance company won't pay. Horrible experience to say the least. My family will not ever be returning there and would not recommend anyone else to go there either.

My Husband went in for a simple office visit during normal working hours that resulted in him having 2 quick xrays. We got a bill for close to 600.00! Never in our wildest dreams did we consider it would be that much. When I called about the charges I was advised that since they are a 24 hour care facility they charge these extremely high prices....we went in at 3:00 pm. No one had to get out of bed to do the xrays in the middle of the night!! This is unacceptable and we will NEVER darken their door for a routine appointment. Beware! Signed, You just lost 2 Customers!

My experience with Dr Patten has always been great. He explains things thourally and has helped me over the years with excellent care. His staff is professional and truly cares. I would recommend anyone to go to him. The waiting time is quick I've never seen a Doctor where you get seen as quick as Dr. Patten I trust him with all my medical care

Love, love the nurses here. From pre-op to sending you out the door, they are all great.

This is an amazing medical center, if you're new in town (like myself) this is definitely the best facility I've been to.

Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Dr. Jeffers makes you feel valued.

Our organization worked with the FCMC team to take care of our Covid vacinnes. Roxanne Beutler worked tirelessly to keep us in the loop and see our group appointment to the finish. Lacey Fellows kept us well apprised of the process and details of the shot. Pat Bowles took care of the admin the minute we walked into the facility. The whole team orchestrated a great experience.
