I have to say. I am so impressed with the speed and professionalism I received by working with Marc Fox Real Estate and his team. As a first time home buyer, I really had no idea how the process should go and I really don't feel like I had to do much. I was kept informed the whole way through and felt like my agent positioned my offer very well in an incredibly competitive market. My offer was the first in and accepted without counter. I really didn't expect that to happen but was so pleased when it did. I'm so glad I chose Marc and his team to help me achieve my goal.

Katelin McCarthy from Fox Real Estate Group is the best agent I have ever worked with. I have bought and sold seven homes over the years so I’ve worked with many. She is knowledgeable, persistent, dynamic, and amazingly efficient. We were difficult clients because we were specific about our search in a very tight market.
