Steven was exceptional! I started the refinance process with several big mortgage companies, only to find the costs and final mortgage payment were not what I had been led to believe. I decided to not refinance and then remembered that I had received info from a mortgage broker and called him. He did an incredible job and helped me throughout the process. When we had our closing (done at our home), the agent was so impressed with the rate and closing costs (said she had never seen such a good rate or low costs) she asked for Steven's contact info.
