I have had the good fortune of using Fountain City Finance for two home mortgages. Both times I have been extremely satisfied. The paperwork was done quickly and more importantly accurately.....all with a minimum amount of work on my end. Any questions I had about the process were answered professionally and promptly. I would highly recommend Fountain City Finance to anyone looking for mortgage services.

Lisa is amazing 🤩. She knows what she is doing and is always kind when asking questions and explaining what happens next. I was never in the dark as their communication is on point. It took about 12 business days from start to finish to close on our refinance. They work hard to to keep your business. The only thing I can see that may hold a person up is not getting all your paperwork in order and in to them on time. If you do your part it should be smooth sailing. I highly recommend!

I heard interest rates are lower and it was time to refinance... I had no idea how that works... I have no knowledge but I wanted to save money so I asked Fountain City Finance if I am qualified to do it. Process was a little complicated but they made it easy and simple as much as they can so I can follow. I can't thank enough because the refinancing saved me so much money! (I did it beginning of the Covid so it was a big help to have extra money in the bank) Even if you are not sure whether you can get qualified or not, at least call/ask them. They are super nice, knowledgeable, and willing to help you the best they can. I know I have been there and i am super happy that I called Fountain City Finance!
