We are so happy that we found Foundation Mortgage! Our experience with Alan Thurman was nothing but stellar and first class...from our initial phone call to the closing. Alan is a consummate professional. After our current mortgage company was unable to provide the refi we wanted, we set out to get a second opinion. There are a lot of banks and mortgage lenders, and a Google search can be a little overwhelming. Seeing the many very positive reviews that Foundation had, told us they must be doing something right. There is a reason why they have so many happy customers and reviews. They work hard to earn your business, treat you with respect and do everything possible to find you the best loan opportunities. I was stuck in a tight timeline to buy a house. I'm glad I did not go with a Nationwide agency. Foundation won my business by being quick and professional. Shout to Hannah and Stephanie, nothing slipped through the cracks and I was able to close on house in about 1 month from start to finish with Foundation. The Nationwide agency took that long to just get me pre-approved.

Hannah and Courtney are the real MVP's. My case was probably the most complex issue they have encountered, and from what I assume, definitely a headache.
