Being a small business owner, I always worry about working capital loans as they yield high rates, but from start to finish Chris was upfront about the entire process. He communicated with me before, during, after and still checks up every now and again. I will definitely continue doing business with Forward. The customer service was superb.

David at ForwardFinancing was quick and pleasant to work with to get funding for a growing business that affords paying for short term loans or advances. He reached out after I had a good payment record to offer more loans, that were approved quickly. He will also caution against borrowing excessively. For a growing, online subscription business that is getting profits from money spent on ads, loan options like this were helpful for me. Thanks for the help, Peter

Forward is a company that values their customers. About half way into my repayment period, I had a serious health issue which would have been an awful issue with other lenders. Jeff Rombalski and his team worked with me in a respectful and honorable manner. Today we completed an honorable and amicable solution. Kudos to a team that knows how to treat customers right.

Nicholas and the team were easy to deal with and responsive to my needs. In a pool of very similar companies in this service- Forward is at the top. Out of 8 companies Forward produced ✍🏻and 7 others could not!

I used forward financing cause my trucking company was in trouble we were getting our payments done when my trucks broke down resulting in me not being able to make the payments so I knew it was not going to go good but Mr Jeff Rombalski got on the phone and quickly and empathetically felt my pain on the trucking business you have no idea he gave me options that would pay the loan back with a few offers to lower my payment i know they say Angels are in disguise but this man is one of them anytime you can help someone out and put your self in there position man you can only be grateful i hope this act of professionalism is the first of many blessing to you brother I hope the ceo of this company see this review and know you are the definition of what he would want his team members to be thanks again Jeff love you man Carlton from lees hauling services

Just disappointed. I pay my loan on time. No issues, I've been calling for almost a month now trying to get a document of my payment history and balance to turn into my accountant. I keep being told that nobody is available to talk, and they'll take my message and call back. Never received a call back. EVER. If I could rate 0 stars I would. This is ridiculous. I need the documents, and nobody can help me out with it. That is their customer support and whoever manages it. They don't seem to care. I do not recommend people coming here for financing.

Running a small business can be very challenging during these times. I’ve used funding companies in the past but most of them are manned by pushy salesman that only have their interest at heart. I was very pleased with Bobby Holmes and Mira Fargas and the Owner for responding to my problem after my previous one star review. The reason they had not responded to 14 consequtive phone calls from me was they were in the process of relocating their call center and due to a system glitch the calls were not getting through. From day 1 dealing with Forward Financing it has been outstanding except the one week period explained above!
