FORUM Credit Union E 116th St, Carmel

So sad, they have nice banks but poor technology. If you have a problem with your card, ATM or online banking after 5pm Mon - Thurs or Friday after 6 or Saturday after 2pm or on Sunday. You're OUT Of Luck, NO is around to help you. They do not believe in having service 24/7 to help you with your money.

I have been a member since they were Telco! I love this Credit Union! Employees are always so friendly and helpful. I have used them for mortgages and they were great! I would highly recommend this credit union to anyone!

My husband and I went in to cash a check. And the. The young lady was rude. stuck up and acted like she never seen an interracial married couple. she. Got upset and started talking loud. And wouldn't look up any of our accts. She was very very rude. So I'm gonna. Close all our accts there and the teenagers accts and go to another credit union ...cause if you are looking down and judging people. You are a saf saf. Lady with long reddish hair and the wrong color lipstick. With a bad attitude. Wont ever. Be back and will tell people. That you all judged if you are not one particular color !!!!!!bad for business

They put a 9 day hold on $100.00 check - The teller at the Carmel Branch was rude - their technology is way behind the others - I would have to vote it the worst bank in the state - I wish there were negative stars

Forum credit union is not accommodating compared to Chase Bank.

Picked up a $6,000.00 check from my stock account to pay for home repairs. I called branch and was told as long as I came in to the branch or went through drive through with a person the funds would be available immediately. Stopped at this branch for first (and only time now) because it was on my way home and I thought I could save some time and was told they could not verify a Bank of America printed check and that only $1,000 would be available today. When I explained the situation they changed it to only $200 after I had waited for about ten minutes. I called my normal Fishers branch and Natasha was able to get the whole amount released in less than five minutes. Terrible service!! All Carmel Forum Members come to Fishers where you are treated well.

Everyone I mean everyone I have ever come in contact with at this bank in person and even on the phone has been more than helpful. I wish all banks had this attitude. Bank here and you are in good hands. I only gave a 5star rating but they deserve 100% all day.

I wanted to give them 5 stars. But I'm less than a month in with Forum and I'm already having issues! Which isnt all that uncommon for this industry. The problem is how management is handling them. Feeling like a cog in the wheel of corporate America.

Never seen a bank or credit union that needs your credit score. He'll nah.

First visit to this Forum Credit Union I was on this side town.
