Han Wang is the most knowledgeable, professional and friendly mortgage broker I have ever had. From March 2020 through January 2021, Han has helped me refinance my two properties twice. The first time we closed a cash-out refinance in May 2020 and the second round was just refinance because the interest rates had dropped further since our previous refinance.
