John was amazing! Just closed on my first home today and the whole process went smoothly thanks to John. I spoke with multiple mortgage brokers went I first started the home buying process and John was the only one I spoke with that I didn’t feel was trying to sell or push me to do anything. We spent probably about 20/30 minutes on the phone where he really took the time to educate me about the whole process, I could really tell he knew his stuff! I contacted John for a refinance. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. We tried running my quote a few different ways to make it work, but ultimately my personal debt-to-income ratio was too high. I will definitely be back in a few months when my situation improves!
