Fortera Credit Union Clinic Dr, Hopkinsville

My husband went in Monday evening to apply for a credit card and was told he would be called Tuesday with an answer as the people that do that were “gone for the day”. On Wednesday he still hadn’t heard anything so he called and the person he was dealing with on Monday was off. He explained the situation and rather than putting him in contact with someone that could help him they just told him to call back Wednesday. Left a message Wednesday and no return phone call. Thursday (today) he went to the main branch in Clarksville and was immediately approved and told that the Wal-Mart branch had done nothing in terms of putting in for a card for him. Thank goodness for the main branches, apparently the only thing the Wal-Mart branch is good for is cashing checks.

Rudest manager ever . Needs to be fired ! Tried to see what was going on with my account which there holding my money , and she told me that she would close my account for trying to figure our why I couldn’t get my money ! Worst customer service ever !

This is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with in mg entire life. lol. The people there are very rude. I bank there every day almost yet if I dnt have an I’d or if I have my shades on they won’t do business with me. They all know me by name cause none of them like me. If I dnt sign the stupid paper each time I wanna make a deposit or withdraw I can’t do business. I went there 3 times to open an account at each of there banks in hopkinsville and they’re all the same. It’s crazy. I’ve got 3 banks and this is the only one thts like this. Nuts Dnt bank there unless u have lots of patience. I was in the drive through for 15 mins one day trying to deposit a check for 7k before they closed and all of a sudden some black Chic pulled right up to the window. Didn’t sign anything or have an id and asked for 30$ in quarters. They stopped helping me and helped her first. After I’ve already been waiting for 15 mins.

Best location. Staff is always great and welcoming, my kids love the staff. We as a family look to years of banking with them.
