This review is for the bank in general and not necessarily this branch. The bank does not seem to be interested in opening new accounts. I applied online and submitted a selfie with my ID, ssn, and piece of mail, in addition to filling out all the paperwork; only to be denied. I recieved a generic rejection letter with an 800 number. When I called was simply told my application was missing info and to apply again. Other banks would send an email from a banker or call directly, and try to complete the app, but not FS. They could not even tell me what was missing, only that I needed to apply again because app had been denied and nothing could be done. They had an attitude that they could careless and did not want to be bothered. Taking business elsewhere. Do not recommend.

Extremely rude every time I’ve been in. Even through the contact center. Closed 10 minutes early and completely ignored me when I was at the door. Terrible customer service, bogus fees, and just not even a halfway decent bank. I can’t believe that the people that work there actually get away with the stuff they do!

Very outdated banking institution w/HORRIBLE Customer Service! My fiancee misplaced his debit card & called to have it temporarily deactivated. He later found the card & called to have it reactivated. The RUDE representative spoke to him in a very condescending manner, stating that the card was CLOSED & he would have to go to a local branch to get another card. It's 2021. We live in a very technologically advanced society. There is absolutely no reason that a person should have to be inconvenienced by going to a banking branch, most of which are always understaffed to get a debit card that could be sent in the mail. Especially when the customer is able to successfully complete the verification process. I can't think of any other banking institutions that has this outdated process in place & would never bank w/this company! I have strongly encouraged him to cut ties & move his business & money elsewhere.

Excellent service and extremely considerate they also have special parking!

Sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes just to do a deposit. Service needs to be faster.

I switched to FSNB from Chase when I moved here from Dallas and wish I never changed. I had a fraudulent charge, tried to dispute it, and was getting the run around on my refund. Spoke to the merchant as well as the dispute department who was no help whatsoever. Now I'm stuck and have no idea how to get my refund bc they're not helping and the merchant of course isnt helping. Good luck to anyone who uses this bank.
