If I could give zero stars I would. This company harasses you to initiate the service, then contacts your student loan companies, lies on the ‘forgiveness loan request form’ while pretending to be you. I spent months working with my current student loan servicers to undo the false documents this company sent. When calling to speak to anyone you never receive returned calls, or emails. You have to call back from a new number to speak to anyone but then there is no accountability or effort to improve their mistakes. Huge scam company—please do not use!
