Our rental was in a great location right on the beach. We were on the second floor with a nice breeze and good view. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and using the boardwalk to the beach. I would have given this 5 stars except that the central air conditioning was not working when we arrived. A portable air conditioner was set up but it was noisy and not of adequate capacity.

For many years, we have arranged all of our Vacation Rentals in Folly Beach with Dunes Properties. Every one of our stylish, ocean front condominium vacation rentals were sparkling clean, very comfortable, well furnished, and had spectacular views of the beach, ocean, and pier. Whether dining on the balcony or at a nearby restaurant, your vacation rental with Dunes Properties is sure to be enjoyable. The grounds and the pools were well maintained and offered the scenery of a perfect place to relax. A short drive to the most beautiful and charming city of Charleston and historical plantations are not to be missed.

We rented from Dunes Properties Vacation Rentals for the first time last fall after many years using a different realtor. Our condo on Folly was absolutely gorgeous and just a few steps from downtown which we loved. The staff at Dunes Properties could not have been more helpful or easier to work with. We booked at the last minute and they made the process quick and everything was exactly what we had been told to expect when we arrived. Dunes Properties will definitely be our go to vacation rental company from now on. We can't wait for our next trip to Folly Beach!

We had the most wonderful experience when we stayed at Folly Beach! We were blessed to obtain a vacation rental(Turn of the River) from Dune Properties twice. Both times, our entire family was ecstatic with our vacation rental. It made our stay so pleasant because we felt so at home. Charleston and Folly Beach are like our home away from home. Our stay at the Sea Cookie was amazing and the folks at Dunes Properties were wonderful. We've been there about four times in the last five years and they've it a great experience every time. Dunes Properties ensured our week in Folly Beach was wonderful. The house itself was well-maintained. It was right on the beach. Dunes provided information about what to do in Charleston, good restaurants in Folly, and even pointed us to Bert's Market. I can't wait for our next vacation in Folly and working with the folks at Dunes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for vacation rentals and beachfront stays in Folly Beach.

Folly Beach is a treasure and our vacation rental through Dunes Properties added to our wonderful week there! Our vacation rental at Waters Edge was clean, well equipped and well maintained. Spending time on the screened in porch overlooking the Folly River was delightful! Our reservation process was flawless and our contacts with staff were always pleasant and helpful. There is no other place like Folly Beach! Dunes Properties Vacation Rentals are the best we have had at any vacation spot we have gone. The houses are perfect and stocked with everything you need. You get exactly what you see online and I could not have asked for anything more. The staff was so helpful and our visits have been the best! Folly is the beach that is a throwback to when we were kids. It's so awesome to take the kids back to a beach town without all the tourist trap things you see so often. I can't wait to get back to Folly Beach with the family and when I do it will be with Dunes Vacation Rentals!

We had 3 couples doing a long getaway weekend, and we had a blast! I loved that the Dunes sent us a text and told us our condo was available for an early check-in. The actual check in process was a breeze: we were in and out in under 5 minutes. The unit was exactly as it was represented on the website and we experienced no problems. It was very clean and well maintained. Our favorite thing about Folly Beach was that everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. We bought groceries the first night we were there and never had to move our car once after that. I'd recommend using Dune Properties to anyone - in fact, I just did so tonight when a friend asked for recommendations on vacation rentals in the Charleston area. It was a great long weekend and we're looking forward to coming back soon!

I have been visiting Folly Beach, SC for the past 15 years, and I have used Dunes Properties often for vacation rentals. Dunes Properties has a large selection of houses and condos available on the island, and their staff has always been very knowledgeable in helping me choose a property that is right for the needs of my group. There is something for everyone to do in Folly Beach - including surfing, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing off the pier, great local music, delicious fresh seafood and a sunset every night that will take your breath away with its beauty. I would definitely recommend using Dunes Properties for your next Folly Beach vacation rental!

I brought my family to Folly Beach for my grandmother's first trip back to the beach/vacation since 1989! We had the BEST time! I booked our vacation rental condo through Dunes Properties and it was a great, flawless experience all around! The staff were all great and very welcoming upon our late arrival. The condo itself was immaculate! Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need in the kitchen as well as plenty of extra towels. The location and price could not be beat! Even being across the street from the ocean, it was still a great ocean-front view that made us feel we were right on the water. Folly is such a quaint beach town with lots to enjoy! Our vacation rental was right up the street from the heart of Folly and gave us a plethora of tasty, local restaurants to eat at while we were there. The Crab Shack had amazing shrimp, and Bert's Market was convenient for us to pick up extra items to get us through the week. Overall, I'm very pleased we picked Folly Beach to book our family's vacation, and the folks at Dunes Properties gave us the best vacation rental experience there is! We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Flamingo Sunset at Charleston Oceanfront Villas was one of the best vacation rentals we've used! Dunes Properties were so helpful and ensured our stay was great. The rental was extremely clean and we loved the upgrades to the condo. The space was perfect for our family visiting from Ireland. Everyone loved being ocean front and having easy access to all the great restaurants/bars in Folly! We plan to return again and again. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental to anyone!! Wish we could go back today! I miss the balcony and hearing the waves of Folly Beach!

They make it simple, exciting, effortless and amazing! All we have to do is have a worry free exciting time at the beach. Dunes Properties has the best selection for vacation rentals and we will only use Dunes to book our summer vacation! Our summer vacation at Folly Beach is essential every year and Dunes makes it a wonderful experience! Charleston Ocean Front Villas is our favorite place on the PLANET and we look forward to spending a much needed week there every summer. So much so that I have a photo on my desk of the view of the pier from the balcony and I click my heels together three times and close my eyes at least once daily and take myself there and remember all the wonderful times our family has had there. I can smell the ocean, hear the waves and feel the sand in my toes every time I look at that beautiful picture! Times are tough this year but we are going to do eveything in our power to make it happen for our family! With our kids being small we only have a few precious years with them and memories are PRICELESS! We cannot wait to be back there again and Dunes Properties will for sure be the ones to assist us with our vacation rental to make our week the BEST it can be!!!

My friends and I have used Dunes Properties Vacation Rentals & Real Estate a few times to rent houses for our annual girls trip. We come together from all over the country and love spending time in a vacation rental as opposed to a hotel. We really enjoyed our time at Folly Beach, and the house we rented was amazing. It was very spacious for our group of seven and was decorated to the nines. Folly Beach and the house itself were so great that even when a bad storm blew through and knocked out the power, we were safe inside and continued to have a great time. I would recommend Dunes Properties to anyone, and I can't say enough about Folly Beach and the surrounding areas.

This was one of the best vacation rentals I have stayed in. The condo was immaculate. Three Bedrooms and two baths. An updated fully stocked kitchen and wet bar. The balcony was calming. We seen dolphins every other day. We went for a boat ride and the captain picked us up on the dock at the condo. It was very convenient. The in-ground pool was very refreshing after a long day sight seeing. The location of the condo was great. It was within walking distance to Folly Beach, where you can enjoy the laid back family atmosphere and the awesome food. We also drove into Charleston-only a 15 min drive. I recommend the carriage tour and definitely the open market. The open market offers many unique hand made items. My daughters and I loved this vacation. And we definitely plan on going back real soon and staying in a Dunes Property Vacation Rental. LOVED IT!

We have rented many times at Folly Beach and we always have an exceptional experience working with Dunes Properties. The vacation rental team (most recently worked with Wes) takes the time to make sure you rental experience is a positive one, sharing knowledge of the property you are renting, area events happening to things you should know (beach replenishment project). We've stayed at Folly Beach for the last 10+ years. Dunes Properties have provided excellent vacation rentals over the years where we usually stayed at condos on the beach. We like the idea of a small beach like Folly near a big town, Charleston, it gives you the best of both worlds, namely, beach seclusion and big city entertainment. Folly is a great place to ride bicycles or walk the beach. I usually ride very road on the island, people are nice and friendly, great place for a vacation.

Our vacation rental at Folly Beach was very nice. We loved being ocean front and away from the rush of everything, yet close enough to bike to restaurants and other activities. The house was nicely kept and even had chairs and boogey boards to use while we were on the beach. Our vacation rental had an elevator making it super easy to get clothes and all our goodies upstairs. Check in after hours was very easy using the drop box right outside the door to Dunes Properties Vacation Rental office.
