Would give 0 stars if possible. FNBO website does not update on Sundays, conveniently so they can justify slapping multiple $33 overdraft fees on your account on Monday. I have screenshots of my account never showing negative on weekends, then $99 in overdraft fees Monday when their online account catches up. Branch manager is also condescending and unhelpful.

    Response from the owner

Katelyn, we appreciate you for taking the time to voice your concerns. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations, and we understand how frustrating fees are. We want to work with you towards a resolution. Can you please contact us at 303-926-6343 or [email protected]?

My husband and I are very satisfied with our business at FNBO! We worked with Amara and the branch manager Luke during the process of buying our house. They were able to help us deal with some issues that our Lenders were really struggling with. They expedited everything and made it so that we were able to close on our house as expected. Both Luke and Amara are highly professional and willing to go above and beyond. Amara was in contact with me outside of business hours to ensure that we got our finances in order so that we could close on our house on time and Luke made several calls to make this possible after our lender failed to inform us of numerous issues. I feel very confident and safe working with both of them and highly recommend them for you local banking needs!

    Response from the owner

Katie, thank you for the 5 star review and trusting us to be your bank! We appreciate your business and loyalty. We will share this with the branch team to let them know to keep up the amazing work.

Got a letter advertising a low APR for a loan to consolidate debt. I figured I would apply for it and move the small debt that I have with a high APR over to this loan if I got the loan. FNB called about two hours after I applied for the loan by phone and summarily declined me. They acted like I was a crazy idea to have applied for the loan and pointed out derogatory items in my CR that I have already taken care of. They talk to you like you are the only one in society that has experienced upheaval and stupidly have had that reflected in your CR. My question is this: Why do they send letters inviting people to bank with them when they are going to decline them. It's a waste of everyone's time and it only ends up hurting YOU. Really, the banking system needs to be overhauled to root out all of these nefarious banking practices. We need a banking system that truly respects the individual, helps them thrive, and treats them with decency.
