FNBO - First National Bank of Omaha N Boyd Lake Ave, Loveland

Awesome employees. I’ve had my account 2 weeks. I’ve gone in several times because I was unable to use my card for the last 72 hrs. Three days ago fraud prevention locked my account, didn’t tell me nor any of the 4 bankers with whom I’ve spoke in person. Apparently someone tried to use my card on Walmart.com and fraud shut them down. I’m so thankful they did because I’m a single dad living paycheck to paycheck an inch from homelessness. It would’ve been nice to know but they have been fronting me cash for rent, etc. really awesome people and even though my gas tank is on E and I can’t fix this until I go to the bank tomorrow, I feel safe knowing that they disallowed a fraudulent charge.

We have been using this bank for several years now and they have always treated us right so I wanted to take the time to write them a review, and in particular, our personal banker Mitsuki (Mitske) Ha at the Loveland, CO branch at 1450 Boyd Lake Ave. Mitskie has never let us down--she has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for us. recently I was struggling trying to do something online, and for 4+ times without success. I (finally) made 1 call to Mitskie and she fixed the problem--why I didn't call her before I don't know but I won't make that mistake again. We have a large bank where we have other accounts but everything is online. We set up at FNBO for a local bank with local customer service for those times you need such. I have been VERY pleased. I highly recommend FNBO and in particular Mitskie Ha as a personal banker--she truly is awesome in a world where customer service is a dwindling fact.

My favorite location! Everyone is always friendly and I get in and get out fast! If I ever have any questions, there’s always a person available to help me out.

This was my go to bank in Colorado, I used the drive through atm or the drive through teller and it was fine, but their customer service shown through when I had to relocate to California and my other Internet bank couldn't deposit the cashier's check and I had already voided it. I had moved during the time of the Santa Barbara fires. Mitskie Ha took care of me and everything so I was able to get access to my money to be able to relocate easily. Thank you First National Bank! Should you come out to California, you've got a customer for life!
