FNBC Bank Hwy, Mountain Home

This is probably one of the best banks I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with!! Not only is the staff friendly and very helpful, this bank doesn't nickel and dime you to death with ridiculous fees. Their new teller machines outside make banking even easier with extended hours and you still get to talk with a live person if needed.

I moved to Mountain Home in November 2020, and made the mistake of opening a checking account at another bank. After four months of one frustrating thing after another, a friend recommended FNBC. I went in, spoke with Melanie and she got me set up in no time. So glad to be with a bank that treats their customers like they matter! I am extremely pleased with everyone there and plan on being with them a very long time.

I believe there isn't a better bank than this one. Mountain Home branch in particular, very nice people. I'm not sure if they're a credit union--but they sure seem like one or even better than one. Open an account and use a card that same day, make your own PIN#, great online banking. No real charges or penalties I've had to pay thus far. Also, the ATM works in increments of $5.00 You have no idea how helpful that is lol.

My wife &I just opened a new checking account, moving from another local bank. The young lady that assisted us was very knowable, professional and pleasant to do business with. A real asset for your bank.

I was waited on by Erin Ford and her service to me was EXCELLENT! Even though I only had the opportunity to meet her one time and heard it was her last day, I will say you lost a great asset to your company with her knowledge, compassion towards customers and her all around fantastic personality. I asked her where she would be working, she told me and I would love to take her out for lunch for a good meal since she gave me high quality professionalism at the Bank and you just don't know when you are meeting YOUR NEXT BFF! FNBC in Mountain Home, AR was able to do a special notarization that a larger bank was not able to do. Melanie Britt was able to straighten out a couple of mistakes I made upon opening an account with them and even reversed the resulting fees. Very nice accommodating people.

Christoher Dollard and FNBC do it again! I needed a loan for my small business and the process couldnt have been any easier. I contacted Christopher on a Friday and by the following Tuesday i had received funding to purchase my new equipment. Christopher could not have made the process any easier and i feel he truely cares about helping my business succeed. I will be seeing Christopher for any loan i would like in the future and you should too. This is how banking SHOULD be. Truely benchmark service!
